Denise Paulson efficiently helped me rent my first apartment when I moved to San Francisco in 2004. She is an "action" broker. She makes things happen quickly and smoothly and in whatever manner is most favorable to the client. A year later I bought a condo with Denise Brokering, and way beyond brokering. (The tenants renting from the owner from whom I bought were angling to stay on past their lease and force an eviction. Denise made sure this did not happen) I still live in the condo and have done very well with the investment. At one point a few years ago I considered renting it out in order to go traveling for a year or two, Denise was very proficient at quickly getting it photographed, advertised, and shown to a large number of prospective tenants before I changed my mind and took it off the rental market. I will look to her in any future leases or sales or purchases.

Denise has been an absolute pleasure to work with and to know. I have worked on multiple properties with her (one rental and one purchase), and she is extremely good at what she does. She was able to rent out my unit within weeks, and on a purchase drove the price down in the 6-figure range during a hot market. Denise is very well connected throughout San Francisco and will guarantee to be able to get you the best deal whether you are a buyer, seller, landlord, or tenant. She works very hard and will go out of her way for her clients before, during, and after a sale. Most importantly, she tirelessly works on maintaining relationships with each client she works with, making them more than clients. This is a very hard trait to find in the hustle and bustle of the San Francisco real estate landscape. I highly recommend working with Denise and definitely will be myself again in the future.
